By accessing and using this website or placing an order for products manufactured by Imetech Inc ("Imetech"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use of Machinery and Safety
Imetech machinery is designed for professional laboratory and industrial use only. It must be operated by qualified personnel in compliance with the provided user manuals and safety guidelines. Imetech is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to adhere to safety protocols.
3. Payment Terms & Billing
3.1 Payments
We process payments through secure third-party providers, primarily Stripe. By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
3.2 Refunds and Cancellations
Orders for custom-manufactured machinery may only be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply. Returns are subject to inspection and must be authorized by our technical team within 30 days of delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including machinery designs, software interfaces, and documentation) are owned by Imetech Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Imetech Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or Products.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
